Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan etos kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Central Buana Mandiri di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 48,1%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 41,8%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kompensasi dan etos kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 55,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Etos Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk membantu masyarakat dalam menggali potensi diri serta membentuk karakter kreatif pada anak sejak dini. Kami melaksanakan kegiatan ini denga adanya survey lokasi terlebih dahulu, hal-hal apa saja yang mereka butuhkan disana, kemudian kami buat persiapannya, hingga nantinya akan kami bantu untuk evaluasi kegiatan lebih lanjut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini kami lakukan berdasarkan kerangka pemecahan masalah, yang diharapkan mampu memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan yang terjadi di Desa Karangnunggal Tasikmalaya. Khalayak sasaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu warga masyarakat RT 06 RW 10 Kp Cimuncang Desa Karangnunggal Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, sebanyak 30 peserta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Information and Communication Technology Use of Students' interest in SMK Ganesa Satria Depok. The population in this study were the students in the audio-video engineering department where there were 2 (two) parallel classes with an average of 30 students of the class and performed randomly. From the preliminary sample of 20 respondents, there were only 8 questionnaires returned. From 8 questionnaires, there were 3 questionnaires that were not complete, so they had to be excluded from the analysis, so the total respondents in this research were 5 students. The hypothesis used in this study was calculated using the likert scale of 4 points. The results of this study show that Peggunaan Information Technology and Communications have a good impact on Student interest in SMK Ganesa Satria Depok.

Abstract

This research is qualitative. Data was collected using test and interview methods. This study aims to analyze the implementation of improving teacher competence at SMK Muhammadiyah Parung, to find out the method of increasing technology updates for educators at SMK Muhammadiyah Parung, and to find out how to change the learning method from fix mindset to a growth mindset for educators at SMK Muhamadiyah Parung. The research subjects were teaching staff or teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah Parung by taking 3 teachers as samples. In this study, the teachers were interviewed to see their performance process in teaching. With the development and improvement of competence at SMK Muhammadiyah Parung through IHT, it gives good things to teachers or educators, and schools and even has a positive impact on students who are the target of the nation's generation of graduates. IHT activities carried out at SMK Muhammadiyah Parung by utilizing the latest technology, provide new learning and open new ways to developing interesting and not boring learning methods. This also has a good effect on students and provides a good description of the school from the point of view of the surrounding community because the good and bad of schools are very quickly distributed by students. IHT activities also provide understanding for educators and change the fixed mindset system into a growth mindset. This will continue to be able to develop educators to be much better than before.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of leadership style and performance analysis at PT. Arya Lingga Manik, Panorama Bali Residance Branch, Ciseeng, Bogor Regency. The method used is a qualitative approach using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used structured and unstructured interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used SWOT analysis, observation, and direct interviews with key informants and informants. The results of this study indicate that the application of the leadership style applied at PT. Arya Lingga Manik Branch of Panorama Bali Residance, Ciseeng-Bogor is a collective leadership style where there is no longer decision-making from a Leader himself as before, but must go through the approval of other parties such as the Admin, and other relevant employee staff. While the leadership performance at PT. Arya Lingga Manik was said to be good because in the results of interviews with informants, after changing leadership styles, the company's employee performance increased or the leadership held training for staff to improve skills and listen more to the opinions of their subordinates.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu tri darma perguruan tinggi. Selain itu diharapkan dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tersebut keberadaan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepada pengembangan dan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian kepada maysarakat ini berupa penyuluhan dan pembinaan, yaitu selain Tindakan, proses dan hasil atau pernyataan yang lebih baik. Dalam hal ini menunjukkan adanya kemajuan, peningkatan pertumbuhan, evolusi atas berbagai kemungkinan, perkembangan atau peningkatan atas sesuatu. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang di peroleh adalah bertambahnya keilmuan tentang kemampuan berwirausaha pada level warga perumahan. Ilmu yang di peroleh dapat di kembangkan Kembali serta di sebarluaskan guna memberikan hal terbaik bagi masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

The aim of Community Service activities is to implement one of the tri dharmas of higher education. Apart from that, it is hoped that with community service, the existence of higher education can make a major contribution to the development and application of science to society. The methods used in community service are in the form of counseling and coaching, namely apart from actions, processes and results or statements are better. In this case, it shows progress, increased growth, evolution of various possibilities, development or improvement of something. The results of community service obtained are community development and empowerment in increasing food security in order to achieve an independent, prosperous village in Rancasumur Village, Kopo District, Serang Banten Regency. The knowledge gained can be developed and disseminated to provide the best for the surrounding community.

Abstract

The purpose of the Community Service activity is to implement one of the tri dharma of higher education. In addition, it is hoped that with community service, the existence of higher education can make a major contribution to the development and application of science to the community. In this case, it shows progress, increased growth, evolution of various possibilities, development or improvement of something. The results of community service obtained are to get development and Community Empowerment with the theme of Implementation of work discipline in improving the quality of human resources in Indonesian fitness sports, (ORKI), South Tangerang. The knowledge obtained can be developed again and disseminated in order to provide the best for the surrounding community.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Law and Human Rights, Depok City. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to a population of 80 employees. The research method used is the quantitative method of primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, determination coefficient, and hypothesis test. Hypothesis testing partially physical work environment variable (X1) obtained t count value> t table (2.307> 1.99125) This is reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Statistical test of work discipline variable (X2) obtained t count value> t table (5.496> 1.99125) this is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained a calculated f value > f table or (52.587 > 3.12) this is also strengthened by a significant probability value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be said that the physical work environment and work discipline have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. The coefficient of determination obtained an R Square value of 0.577, meaning that the variables of the physical work environment and work discipline together have a contribution of 57.7 to employee performance. While the remaining 42.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Buana Centra Swakarsa Cabang Bogor, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa sampel jenuh yang melibatkan 60 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear sederhana, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang ditunjukkan melalui persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y = 22,119 + 0,459X₁. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,642 menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,412 artinya kinerja dipengaruhi oleh keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) sebesar 41,2%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (6,374 > 2,001) dengan signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Lingkungan kerja secara parsial juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y = 22,972 + 0,448X₂. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,746 menunjukkan hubungan kuat dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,556 artinya kinerja dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja sebesar 55,6%. Hal ini dibuktikan uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (8,522 > 2,001) dengan signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Secara simultan, keselamatan kesehatan kerja(K3) serta lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang ditunjukkan melalui persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 10,310 + 0,366X₁ + 0,386X₂. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,898 menunjukkan hubungan sangat kuat dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,807 artinya kinerja dipengaruhi oleh keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) serta lingkungan kerja sebesar 80,7%. Nilai F hitung > F tabel (119,341 > 3,159) dengan signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,050). Dengan demikian, H₀ ditolak dan Hₐ diterima. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan agar perusahaan meningkatkan penerapan keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih optimal untuk mendukung peningkatan kinerja karyawan
