<![CDATA[This study examines the effectiveness of the performance evaluation method, the condition of employee productivity, and the relationship between the effectiveness of performance evaluation and employee productivity at PT EMI. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative design and a cross-sectional framework. The study involved 200 employees, all of whom were included as respondents using saturated sampling. Data were obtained through a five-point Likert questionnaire and processed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression, t-testing, and the coefficient of determination. The findings indicate that the performance evaluation method was perceived as effective, while employee productivity was classified as high. The regression coefficient was 0.847 with a significance level below 0.001, confirming a positive and significant effect of performance evaluation effectiveness on employee productivity. The R Square value of 0.662 indicates that the evaluation method accounted for 66.2% of the variation in employee productivity, while the remaining 33.8% was associated with factors outside the model. These results suggest that an effectively implemented performance evaluation system can be utilized as a managerial means of supporting employee productivity at PT EMI. The findings may also provide a practical basis for improving the clarity, transparency, feedback, and follow-up of performance evaluation processes.]]>
