<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on organizational performance through employee adaptation at PT X, a company undergoing a management transition following a takeover via homologation. Management changes amidst an organizational crisis present challenges such as shifts in work culture, declining employee trust, and disruptions to organizational effectiveness. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research population consists of PT X employees undergoing organizational restructuring, with data collected via questionnaires. Analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results indicate that transformational leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on employee adaptation. Both variables also positively and significantly influence organizational performance. Furthermore, employee adaptation positively affects organizational performance and mediates the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on organizational performance. These findings demonstrate that organizational success during a transition period depends not only on business restructuring but also on transformational leadership, an adaptive organizational culture, and the employees' ability to adapt to change. Therefore, the organization needs to strengthen leadership, organizational culture, and human resource management to maintain stability and sustainably enhance organizational performance.]]>
