This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) synthesizes empirical evidence on the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational resilience during macro-environmental crises. Following the PRISMA guidelines and the PICO framework, we systematically analyzed 22 peer-reviewed articles. The review demonstrates that transformational leadership serves as a dynamic socio-technical orchestrator, bridging technological capabilities (such as digital transformational leadership and algorithmic management) with socio-psychological resources (such as emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and affective commitment). Based on this synthesis, we propose an integrated Socio-Technical Resilience Framework and identify critical research gaps. Finally, we recommend a shift toward longitudinal designs and objective metrics for future empirical studies.
