Abstract

Purpose of Study: This study aims to predict students' on-time study by analyzing the influence of learning media, lecturers' roles, and student characteristics through an expanded Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach, using proportionate stratified random sampling with a sample of 307 students. Data collection techniques included completing questionnaires via barcode access and Google Forms. This model not only considers the perception of usefulness (perceived usefulness) and ease of use (perceived ease of use), but also includes external factors such as the effectiveness of digital learning media, the quality of lecturer interactions, and student and lecturer discipline as additional variables.Methodology: This study used quantitative methods with a survey approach and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis to test the relationships among variables.Main Findings: The results show that learning media and lecturers' creative support have a significant effect on technology acceptance by students, which in turn influences learning attitudes and timely completion of studies.Novelty/Originality of This Study: The extent to which users perceive that the LMS can improve learning effectiveness has a significant direct effect on perceived ease of use (PEOU; t-value = 9.998 > 1.96). Lecturer discipline on Perceived Usefulness (PU) t-Value 2.417>1.96 has a significant direct effect. These findings provide important implications for the development of adaptive digital learning strategies and increasing the role of lecturer discipline, as well as the development of soft skills in supporting the success of students' timely studies.
