Wayang is one of Indonesia's cultural heritages that possesses strong historical value and visual identity. However, public interest in action figures based on local culture remains relatively low compared to those inspired by foreign characters. This study aims to design an action figure based on the wayang character Hanoman as an effort to develop a cultural product that is more appealing to younger generations. The research employed a qualitative method with a product design approach through observation, interviews, literature review, documentation, and the design process. The results indicate that Hanoman has strong visual potential to be developed into a modern action figure while preserving its cultural identity. The resulting digital prototype combines traditional elements with a modern visual style and is expected to serve as a medium for cultural preservation while increasing the appeal of Indonesian cultural products.
