This study aims to improve students’ Qur’an memorization ability through the implementation of the 3T+1M method (Talqin, Tikrar, Tasmi’, and Muraja’ah). The research is motivated by the low quality of memorization among students, which is caused by the absence of structured memorization methods and limited mastery of tajwid. This study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart model conducted in two cycles. The subjects consisted of six students in class Al-Fath at TPQ Fathun Qarib Darussalam Banda Aceh. Data were collected through observation of teacher and student activities, as well as memorization tests (post-test). The results showed a significant improvement in all aspects. Teacher activity increased from 78.57% (good category) in Cycle I to 92.86% (very good category) in Cycle II. Student activity also improved from 79.17% to 95.83%. In addition, memorization mastery increased from 80.21% to 88.19%, with 100% individual completeness. These findings indicate that the implementation of the 3T+1M method is effective in improving students’ Qur’an memorization ability. Therefore, this method can be used as an alternative approach in Qur’an memorization learning.
