<![CDATA[Abstract: The objective of this study is to determine whether work stress and work ethic influence employee performance at PT Malea Energy in Tana Toraja Regency. Data collection procedures included observation, questionnaires, and documentation. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis processed via SPSS. The study involved 63 respondents from among the employees of PT Malea Energy, Tana Toraja Regency. A non-probability sampling technique specifically purposive sampling was used. T-test results showed that for the work stress variable, the calculated t-value exceeded the t-table value (2.443 > 2.000), and for the work ethic variable, the calculated t-value also exceeded the t-table value (4.581 > 2.000). The study concludes that work stress and work ethic influence employee performance at PT Malea Energy, Tana Toraja Regency. Keywords: Work Stress; Work Ethic; and Employee Performance. Abstrak ; Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh stres Kerja dan Etos kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Malea Energy Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Prosedur pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini yaitu: observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini yaitu Metode Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Linear Berganda dan di olah menggunakan SPSS . Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Karyawan PT Malea Energy Kabupaten Tana Toraja dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 63 responden. Teknik yang peneliti gunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability dengan pendekatan purposive sampling.Hasil perhitungan dengan uji t pada variabel Stres Kerja t hiung > t tabel dengan nilai 2,443 > 2,000 dan pada variabel Etos Kerja t hitung > t tabel dengan nilai 4,581 >2,000. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Stres kerja dan Etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Malea Energy Kabupaten Tana Toraja.
