This Research and Development (R&D) study, employing the ADDIE development model, aims to develop a PBL-based interactive video for probability topics. This study is designed to test the feasibility of the media, student responses, and its effectiveness in improving mathematical literacy skills. The research subjects included 10 eleventh-grade students for the limited trial, 25 tenth-grade students for the expanded trial, and 50 tenth-grade students split into experimental and control groups for the product trial at a vocational high school in Cimahi. Data were collected through media validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and test instruments. The developed media was declared highly valid and received a highly positive response from students. Furthermore, statistical analysis showed a significant difference in learning outcomes, supported by the fact that the improvement score of students taught using the interactive media was higher than that of the control group. Consequently, it can be concluded that the developed video media is both feasible and effective in enhancing students' mathematical literacy skills.
