The purpose of this research is to develop scratch-based STATIS learning media integrated with the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model to improve students' mathematical creative thinking skills. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The research subjects consisted of 6 students in the media readability test, and the implementation phase involving 30 students each in the control and experimental classes at a vocational high school (SMK) in Cimahi. Data collection was carried out through validation sheets, observations, interviews, response questionnaires, and test questions. Data analysis techniques utilized descriptive and inferential statistics to determine validity, practicality, and N-Gain. The results showed that the product feasibility reached 96.5% for the material aspect (highly valid), a user practicality level of 90.5%, and a media readability test score of 82%. The product's effectiveness was proven by the experimental class's N-Gain score of 0.77, which was significantly higher than the control class's of 0.47. In conclusion, STATIS media integrated with the PBL model is effective in optimizing students' mathematical creative thinking skills.
