Previous research regarding abstraction has not discussed abstraction qualitatively based on van Hiele levels. Thus, it is necessary to study abstraction analysis based on van Hiele levels through Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach. The purpose of this research was to analyze mathematical abstraction based on van Hiele levels of geometry (VHLG) through RME and traditional learning approach reviewed from the levels of prior knowledge. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method involving Year 9 junior high school students as the subjects. The instruments were a mathematical abstraction test, van Hiele geometry test, and interview guidelines. The results of the high- and medium-ability students in the classroom using RME approach showed that VHLG was at the Deduction level and the abstraction ability was dominated by Empirical and Reflective Abstraction, whereas the low-ability students are at the level of Abstraction, they had imperfect Empirical and Reflective Abstraction. As for the high-ability students in the traditional learning classroom, the VHLG was at the level of Abstraction; their Reflective Abstraction was at the Representation level. While concerning the low- and medium-ability students, the VHLG was at the Analysis level; they mastered the Reflective Abstraction at the level of Recognition. This study indicates that the RME approach can trigger the development of mathematical abstraction, and accelerate the van Hiele levels of geometry progress.

Career awareness is very necessary to develop the potential that exists in students to help understand, plan and make career decisions of students, because the function of career awareness is very important, a career awareness measurement tool is needed, namely in the form of a career awareness questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability . The subjects of this study were 24 students of SMKNPP Cianjur class X totaling 24 students. From the results of the validity test of 30 statements, there were 3 questions that were declared valid and the validity test got a value of 0.400 which means that it is included in the moderate category meaning that the questionnaire that has been compiled tends to show the same results and if it is tested again on time and on other subjects, the results are not far away. different. Early Childhood has characteristics that are characteristic include physically, socially, morally and etc. Childhood is also called the golden age which is very important for all of its life as a time of foundation formation and personality foundation that will determine the child's experience in the next life. One of the aspects developed in Early Childhood Education is the Social Emotional Aspect, one of which is related in Social Skills. To know the potential that early childhood has related to social skills, it’s important to have an instrument or measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Instrument is a tool used as a tool to measure an object or collect data from a variable. An instrument is said to be good when valid and reliable. Therefore, this study aims to test the Validity and Reliability of Early Childhood Social Skills with the research TKQ Al Hasan Bandung students numbered 13 students. Validity test results are obtained in a low category, which means that polls that have been compiled tend to show results that change if tested again at different times and subjects. This study aims to describe the learning motivation of junior high school students in Cianjur. Learning motivation has an important role for every student to have. This research method uses quantitative description. In this study, data was collected by filling out a questionnaire containing 26 statements carried out by 120 class VIII students. Based on the results of the study showed that the description of the learning motivation of the students of SMP PGRI 1 Cianjur was in the medium category. Which means that students are in the middle between the high and low categories, at this time students have enough ability and can be motivated to learn. For the results of the research presented in the form of a diagram depicting learning motivation, the results obtained are that 15% of students are low in the aspect of perseverance in learning, 73% of students are interested in learning and 12% of students are high in tenacity in learning. The results of this study are to determine the description of learning motivation that must be considered in helping to increase student motivation to learn. Keywords: : Learning Motivation, Students

The purpose of this study is to describe the career planning of students who are active in organizations in SMA N 1 Karanganyar. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Data collection in this study was obtained from giving questionnaires to 35 students who were active in organizations. The results obtained from this study indicate that students who are active in organizations have a picture of a mature career planning, the results of the questionnaire data processing show that 86% are in the high category and 14% are in the medium category.Keywords: : Career Planning, Students Active in Organizing

Self-adjustment is an individual's effort to achieve harmony with himself and his environment, so that feelings of hostility, envy, jealousy, prejudice, depression, anger and negative emotions as inappropriate and inefficient personal responses can be eroded out. From this understanding, self-adjustment is a natural and dynamic process that aims to change individual behavior so that there is a relationship that is more appropriate to the conditions of the environment. Seeing how important self-adjustment is for individuals even for students in new environments, a measuring tool is needed in the form of an self- adjustment questionnaire. This study uses research and development (R&D) development research to develop and validate educational products in the form of an self-adjustment questionnaire. The self-adjustment questionnaire required validity and reliability tests. The subjects of this study were students of SMA Negeri 1 Cipongkor. The results of the validity test of the self-adjustment questionnaire stated that 13 statements were valid and their reliability was 0.718 which was categorized as high from the 30 statements that the researcher made from 28 respondents.Keywords: Self-Adjustment, Validity, Reliability

Discipline is a condition in which all students understand and are aware of compliance with the rules in the school, as the technology of the student's behavior towards school rules begins to shift to a decrease in student awareness of obeying school rules. This research aims to find out the picture of students' awareness of discipline at SMP Negeri 4 Cipeundeuy. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and types of phenomenological research. The data collection technique used is interview. The results of the study revealed that the low awareness of the school rules is because students can not control themselves against the negative influence of the surrounding environment among others; friendship with an environment that is not already in school, students feel that clothes that comply with the school rules are considered incompatible with their character/ geeky, home environment that is not conducive because of parental quarrels that make students fight also in school. The concept of one's self includes knowledge, judgment, and expectations about one's physical, psychic, and social self. The concept of self can shape the cognitive structure of students to do things, either doing positive actions or doing negative actions. This research was conducted using qualitative approach with a case study method. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of social personal guidance services for students who have negative self-concepts in SMK N 7 Garut. The data collected in this study are data obtained by interviewing, observation and documentation studies. The results showed that students who have negative self-concept who follow social personal guidance services at SMK N 7 Garut including AF and AR students still need guidance services in terms of knowledge and assessment, while from the aspect of expectations AF and AR students already have a positive self-concept. The purpose of this study was to determine how the self-concept of students who experience smoking addiction. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews. The results of the study revealed that students' self-concept of smoking arose because of the results of their interactions with the environment, where smoking among their fellow students was considered normal and even considered a stylish and cool thing, so they thought smoking was not a wrong thing. This research is motivated by the current pandemic condition which affects the implementation of guidance and counseling services, especially career guidance services for students of SMK Nuurul Muttaqiin, where currently students experience confusion in career choices and decisions. This is aimed at the results of observations to students of SMK Nuurul Muttaqiin class XII, during this pandemic they have difficulty in determining the appropriate choice of work and choice of university majors because they do not get optimal and direct guidance from counselors or counselors. The form of efforts made in counseling guidance services to provide students with understanding of career maturity, namely through career guidance services. This research was conducted with a qualitative research approach. The data collected in this study are data obtained by means of interviews, observation and documentation study. The subjects in this study were five students who had difficulties in determining careers after graduating from vocational school and BK coordinators. The form of career counseling services at SMK Nuurul Muttaqiin begins with several stages, namely classical guidance, group guidance, and individual counseling.Keywords: career guidance, career maturity.
