Agri-food supply chain has more complex and sensitivity because its seasonal, perishable, highly fluctuating demand influenced by several factors, such as climate variability, market price fluctuations, and government policy constraints. Loose-tea has different characteristics compared to other, which relies on conventional brewing methods that are less practical than tea nowadays, the selected dried leaves are kept at an optimal size to preserve their antioxidant and caffeine contents during hot water brewing. To ensure the fulfillment of demand for loose-tea which is often to face complex uncertainties, an approach for identify and anticipate the potential of supply chain risks is needed. This became an important foundation for the development of risk in loose-tea supply chain framework for identifying the root cause of risks, assess their impact, and determine the appropriateness of mitigation strategies, using the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) method. To guide future studies, a Systematic Literature Review is utilized to identify publication trends and screen annual risk factors based on Scopus literature. By analyzing publication trends, research areas, authors, and the institutions affiliated regarding supply chain risk management using the ISM method, it was found that research in this area has continued to evolve from 2006 to the present. The results of the topic identification, based on frequently occurring keywords that constitute the largest areas of research, include supply chain management, supply chain risk management, risk assessment, interpretive structural models, supply chain risks, and agricultural supply chain.
