<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the importance of the work environment and communication in improving employee job satisfaction at PT. Spesial Pipa Indonesia. Job satisfaction is one factor that can influence employee morale, productivity, and loyalty to the company. A comfortable work environment and effective communication are believed to create a conducive work atmosphere, thereby increasing employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the work environment and communication on employee job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was all 45 employees of PT. Spesial Pipa Indonesia, using a saturated sampling technique, so that the entire population served as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 26 through validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with a calculated t-value of 3.965 and a significance level of 0.000. Communication also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with a calculated t-value of 3.453 and a significance level of 0.001. Simultaneously, the work environment and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with a calculated F-value of 72.060 and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.774 indicates that the work environment and communication explain 77.4% of employee job satisfaction, while the remaining 22.6% is influenced by factors outside the study.]]>
