This study aimed to develop an ethnomathematics-based digital comic featuring the Suramadu Bridge to strengthen fifth-grade elementary school students’ numeracy skills in learning speed, distance, and time. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D development model, consisting of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The subjects were fifth-grade elementary school students. Data collection instruments included expert validation sheets covering material, media, and language aspects, as well as learning tests and student response questionnaires. Data were analyzed using percentage analysis to determine media feasibility and descriptive analysis to examine student responses. The results showed that the developed media was highly feasible, with a feasibility percentage of 91% based on material and media experts and 70% based on the language expert assessment. Furthermore, the limited trial demonstrated a positive student response of 74.29%. These findings indicate that the ethnomathematics-based digital comic featuring the Suramadu Bridge is feasible for use as a learning medium to support the development of elementary school students’ numeracy skills, particularly in understanding speed, distance, and time.
