Collaborative skills and cognitive learning outcomes in biology, especially in Musculoskeletal System material, remain suboptimal and need improvement. The purpose of this study to develop a Biomovly Board Game learning media that valid, practical, and effective to improving collaboration skills and learning outcomes of grade XI Phase F students in the Musculoskeletal System material. The development of the Biomovly Board Game follows the ADDIE model, which consists of the following stages: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The research involved students at SMA Negeri 2 Batu, East Java from July to December 2025, using a pre-experimental research design. The results showed that the media had been tested for validity by subject matter experts (100%) with a category of highly valid, media experts (100%) with a category of highly valid, and biology education practitioners (93.1%) with a category of valid. The practicality of the media was tested, yielding a 86.71% practicality rating. The results of the media's effectiveness in improving collaboration skills and cognitive learning outcomes were found to be <0.001 (<0.05), indicating a significant effect. It can be concluded that the Biomovly Board Game learning media is valid, practice, and effective to improving students' collaboration skills and cognitive learning outcomes.
