Low milk production in postpartum mothers is often associated with inadequate knowledge of proper breast care techniques. This study aims to analyze the influence of breast care education on breast milk production among postpartum mothers at the Lifofa Inpatient Health Center. A quantitative approach with a pretest-posttest design of a pre-experimental group was used. The sample consisted of 15 postpartum mothers selected through total sampling. This intervention involves hands-on demonstration-based breast care education delivered by health professionals. The data was analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed that the proportion of mothers with smooth milk production increased from 33.3% to 86.7% after the intervention. Statistical analysis yielded Z = -2.828 with a significance value of p = 0.005 (p < 0.05), confirming the statistically significant effect of the intervention on breast milk production. It was concluded that integrated breast care education is effective in increasing breast milk production in postpartum mothers and is recommended as a routine component of postpartum care services in primary health facilities.
