This article aims to identify the conceptual nature of qasam (oath) and jadal (argumentative dialectic) in the Qur'an, to examine the redactional structure and argumentative methodology accompanying them, and to analyze the relevance of both concepts to the development of Islamic Education Management. The study employs a qualitative library-research approach, using content analysis of authoritative works on ulum al-Qur'an, tafsir, and related scholarly articles. The findings show that qasam is constructed upon three constitutive elements adat al-qasam, muqsam bih, and muqsam 'alaih which function as an instrument of taukid (emphasis) to remove the addressee's doubt, whereas jadal undergoes a shift in meaning from defensive rebuttal toward a means of logical education oriented toward attaining objective truth through analogy, refutation of the opponent's logic, and rhetorical questioning. Axiologically, qasam provides a theological foundation for the integrity and commitment of leadership in Islamic educational institutions, while jadal offers a framework for critical pedagogy and persuasive conflict-resolution strategies. This study concludes that the synergy between qasam and jadal forms an integrative paradigm of Islamic education management that is structurally robust while remaining intellectually and spiritually alive.
