Religious culture in schools is an activity to manifest the values of religious teachings as a tradition of behaviour that is followed by all school members which is carried out consistently. However, currently, there are many phenomena regarding bad morals among students of SMK Hidayatus Sholihin Gurah, Kediri Regency. The method in this research is discretive qualitative, the data collection method uses observation, interview and documentation. Then analyzed using descriptive / exposure data from the results of observation interviews and documentation. As a result, the development of religious culture at SMK Hidayatus Sholihin is able to shape the character of students according to the vision, mission and goals of the institution. The purpose of this study was to determine the success of improving the reading skills of Islamic Elementary School students Miftahus Shibyan using the speed reading method. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were the Principal, Educators and Education Personnel, and Students. The results showed that the use of the speed reading method in SD Islam Miftahus Shibyan was inseparable from the steps of the speed reading method and the efforts made by the teacher in teaching and learning activities. The success of using the speed reading method is seen from the student achievement. This study aims to determine the implementation of the concept mapping method to create student interest in learning at MTs Mujtahidin Purworejo, Kepung Kediri. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The results of the study indicate that the learning process is in accordance with the target or uses the concept of mapping such as observing activities, questioning activities, exploring activities, associating activities and communicating activities. The result is that students have an increased interest in learning. This study is an attempt to determine whether there is an effect of teaching the Book of Ta'limul Muta'allim on the ta'dzim attitudes of class X-I TKJ SMK Darul Ulum Rebalas Grati Pasuruan. The research method used a quantitative descriptive approach with a total population of 157 students and a sample size of 36 students. The data were analyzed using a percentage formula and a simple linear regression formula. The results showed that the teaching of the Book of Ta'limul Muta'allim influenced the attitudes of students' ta'dzim, especially in cultivating respect for others, teachers, friends, parents, glorifying books and other moral values to be used as a basis for studying.

Direct Pilkada as a democratic event often presents problematic regional heads, be it the head of the corruption suspect who was re-elected or the regional head who only won because of his high level of popularity but lack of quality. In the end, many problems in the regions are often not resolved. Regional autonomy, which is expected to be able to produce more developed and quality regions, is collided with the reality and the will of the people who still do not clearly understand the meaning of direct democracy itself. The concept of an asymmetric regional head election system is one solution to overcome this problem. Currently, the asymmetrical system for regional head elections is already in operation, however, it is only applied to a number of regions with special labels. Asymmetrical implementation of Pilkada needs to be applied to all regions in Indonesia. As an indicator in the asymmetric concept, stability in economic growth before the implementation of regional elections or the democracy index can be used to measure the quality of democracy in a region. The research method in this article is normative juridical. In this study, the authors used a descriptive qualitative approach which departed from two questions, namely; 1.) "What is Amaliyah doing at the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School in Kediri?", 2.) How is the relationship between Amaliyah at the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School and spiritual education? " With these several questions, the results of the research conducted found that spiritual education in the amaliyah tradition at the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School includes: grave pilgrimages, prayer beads, and recitation of 1000 sholawat. With this amaliyah tradition, we are able to; 1.) overcoming anxiety, fear, and uneasiness of the hearts of the students, 2.) calming the soul, because in it there are things that bring calm, such as dzikrullah in reading tahlil, tahmid, tasbih, and sholawat., 3.) giving direction, motivation and finally grow full awareness to obey, submit to carry out orders and know the prohibitions.

Multicultural education offers an alternative through the application of educational strategies and concepts based on the use of the diversity that exists in society, especially that of students, such as ethnic diversity, culture, language, religion, social status, gender, ability, age and race. SMK Al Khoiriyah is one of the multicultural schools, this can be seen from the diversity of cultural backgrounds possessed by students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The implementation of multicultural-based Islamic religious education learning instils democratic values, solidarity and togetherness, compassion and forgiveness, peace and tolerance, in a way when the practice of worship by PAI teachers gives freedom to practice worship according to the flow they follow.

This article discusses how the basic building structure of Islamic education management science. This is important considering that Islamic education management science is a very new science so it requires the involvement of all parties to build Islamic education management science with the aim of being able to be called a scientific discipline. To discuss it, the author contextualizes Archie J. Bahm's views on the basic building structure of science into the area of Islamic education management studies. Islamic education management science as a scientific discipline has a material object of all empirical facts regarding the management activities of Islamic educational institutions, while its material object is management science. Multicultural Islamic Education aims to place multiculturalism as the goal of education with an inclusive, democratic and humanist character based on the Qur'an and Hadith. If multiculturalism is used as the goal of Islamic education, then it can become a new glue for tearing apart the integration of the nation. This research is a field research with a culinary method that seeks to explain multicultural education in MTs I Telukjati dawang Tambak Bawean. Religion carries an important aspect from which it functions as a vehicle for humans to act on how to carry out our lives in this world. This condition tends to bring religion to the exclusive side. In social life, religion used to have conditions where all structures were built properly. Basically, the "major religions" (Judaism, Christianity and Islam) are derived from the same line. Tawhid is an example of this derivation, apart from the universal values that inherently arise from these religions. From this point of view, it can be said that religions have actually carried a linear character from one another.
