Pig marketing in Sikka Regency plays important economic and socio-cultural roles, yet its performance has received limited quantitative attention. This study aimed to identify pig marketing channels and to analyze marketing performance in Sikka Regency. A survey was conducted in February–March 2026 in four villages in two sub-districts (Alok Barat and Talibura) selected purposively. Respondents were 100 farmers selected by non-proportional random sampling (25 per village) and four traders (two collectors and two inter-regency traders) traced by snowball sampling. Marketing channels were analyzed descriptively, while performance was analyzed using marketing margin, farmer's share, marketing cost, marketing profit, and marketing efficiency. Two channels were identified: channel I (farmer to consumer) and channel II (farmer to collector, inter-regency trader, and consumer). The marketing margin of channel II was IDR 9,000,000 per livestock unit (LU), consisting of IDR 2,500,000/LU for collectors and IDR 6,500,000/LU for inter-regency traders. Farmer's share was 100% in channel I and 79.08% in channel II. Marketing costs were IDR 1,205,000/LU and IDR 550,000/LU, marketing profits were IDR 1,295,000/LU and IDR 5,950,000/LU, and the marketing efficiency of channel II was 4.08%. Pig marketing in Sikka Regency is efficient, although most of the profit accrues to inter-regency traders.
