Arabic language learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah requires concrete, visual, interactive, and age-appropriate learning media. This community service program aimed to assist Arabic language teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Salafiyah (MIS) across Tirto District in developing technology-based Arabic learning media. The partners consisted of Arabic language teachers or teachers responsible for Arabic instruction from 16 MIS institutions. The program employed a participatory service-learning approach through needs assessment and preparation, conceptual strengthening, hands-on media development and mentoring, and evaluation. Needs assessment was conducted through observation, interviews, and a questionnaire involving 25 teachers. The findings showed that teachers were already familiar with Canva, PowerPoint, Google Forms, Quizizz, Wordwall, and several artificial intelligence-based applications, but their use was still largely limited to basic functions. The mentoring process shifted teachers' practice from merely using digital applications toward designing media that integrated Arabic content, learning objectives, learner characteristics, and technology. The main outputs consisted of digital Arabic learning posters, instructional videos, and Arabic learning audio, documented in a digital portfolio. Evaluation also indicated increased teacher confidence and capacity in developing learning media, although differences in digital competence and limited development time remained challenges. Program sustainability is directed through strengthening the teachers' working group, classroom implementation, a digital media repository, and continued mentoring. Keywords: learning media, Arabic language, technology; teacher mentoring, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
