This study aims to analyze the impact of integrating sharia values into organizational culture on the effectiveness of employee training. The formation of a sharia-based work culture focuses not only on improving technical competence but also on fostering character and Islamic ethical values. The research approach used was descriptive qualitative, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis in companies implementing sharia principles. The results indicate that the internalization of sharia values, such as assiddiq (honesty), trust (responsibility), tabligh(transparency), andFathanah(intelligence) creates a more conducive and meaningful learning environment. Employees are encouraged to participate in training programs not merely as a formal obligation, but as a form of worship and professional self-development. This has a positive impact on increased retention of training materials, application of new skills in the workplace, and engagement (employee engagement) employees.
