Land asset management by Regional Government Work Units (SKPD) of the Timor Tengah Utara (TTU) Regency Government is an important aspect of improving the effective and efficient utilization of regional assets. The conventional process for determining management priorities requires considerable time and may lead to inconsistent decision-making among stakeholders. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) to prioritize land asset management using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The web-based system, developed using PHP and MySQL, evaluates assets based on six criteria: land area, legal status, land value, utilization potential, accessibility, and asset condition. The SAW method normalizes and weights these criteria to rank alternatives. Results showed alternative A5 obtained the highest preference value of 0.91, making it the top priority. Black Box Testing confirmed all system functions operated according to requirements, and the User Acceptance Test (UAT) achieved a 90% acceptance rate (very good category). These results indicate the developed system provides faster, more objective, and accurate recommendations, effectively supporting decision-making in regional asset management.
