Sharing public information is the obligation of public bodies that is mandated by Law No. 14 of 2008 concerningFreedom of Public Information. Public bodies must build and develop systems information and documentation to managepublic information well and efficientlyso that it can be easy for accessed , strengthened again in Law No. 6 of 2014 Article 82(4)which reads the village government must inform planning and implementation Village Medium Term Development Plan,Village Government Work Plan, and Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget to Village communities through informationservicesto the public and report it at the Village Conference at least 1 (one) year once.The purpose of this service is to trainvillage officials to use SiDeKa as a one of the media that can encourage the emergence of four (4) types of noveltynamely:awareness, skills, habits and governance of the Village Information System for village government.This communityservice activity is carried out in three stages. The first stage is a location survey and distribution of ICT understandingquestionnaires at the apparatus levelvillage. The second stage is testing equipment availability and internet network onlocation, and the Third Stage is the SiDeKa workshop for devices Fatuana village. All activities located at the Sekon Villageoffice, Insana Subdistrict. The reality in the location is that there are still many people with minimal knowledge useinformation technology devices related to responsibilities as the village apparatus in documenting all village administrationdata. Head of the village up to the heads of affairs (Kaur) and the accompanying staff of the village of Fatuana face manyproblems related to the lack of computer and internet network facilities and low skills of the ability to use computers incollaborating all village data from various sectors to support development decision making village. This Village and RegionalInformation System (SiDeKa) workshop activity provideshuge benefits for the Fatuana village in organizing the databasecoordinated villages using the help of IT-based systems

Law No. 14 of 2008 concerning Freedom of Public Information mandates that Public bodies must develop and develop information and documentation systems to manage Public Information properly and efficiently so that it can be easily accessed. This service aims to train village officials to use SiDeKa as one of the media that can encourage the emergence of four (4) types of novelty, namely: awareness, skills, habits and governance of Village Information Systems. These community service activities are carried out in three stages. The first stage is the location survey and distribution of ICT understanding questionnaires at the village / kelurahan level on Friday, 17 May 2019 at 09.00 - 11.00 WITA. The second phase is the SiDeKa workshop for Pantae village officials on Friday, June 28, 2019 from 08.00 - 13.00 WITA and the third stage is the distribution of feedback questionnaire on the implementation of SiDeKa activities that have been carried out on Friday, July 12, 2019 at 09.00 - 11.00 WITA. Constraints encountered include the lack of computer and internet facilities at the village office and there are still many village officials who do not yet have the knowledge in using information and communication technology devices. The benefit of this training activity is to increase the ability of Pantae village officials to manage coordinated village data with the help of a computer-based system so that they can provide accurate information and services that are more satisfying to the community.

Artikel ini berjudul ‘‘Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Pada Materi Teorema Phytagoras Dengan Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) berbasis multimedia”, Bagaimana penerapan Numbered Heads Together (NHT) berbasis Multimedia agar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika pada materi teorema phytagoras ?, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika pada materi teorema phytagoras dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) berbasis multimedia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas(PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus melalui 4 tahap pelaksanaan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIIA di SMP Negeri Tobala pada semester genap Tahun 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 20 orang. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi dan soal tes dalam bentuk uraian yang terdiri dari 5 (tujuh butir soal). Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dan masing- masing siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan dimana pertemuan pertama yaitu proses belajar mengajar dan pertemuan kedua yaitu melakukan tes. Dengan Indikator keberhasilan ketuntasan klasikal adalah 75%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran numbered heads together (NHT) hasil belajar siswa meningkat ,hal tersebut dibuktikan pada siklus I persentase ketuntasan 65% siswa yang mengikuti tes 19 0rang atau 1 tidak hadir, yang tuntas 13 orang , dan aktivitas siswa cukup baik serta akitivitas guru juga baik. Sedangkan pada siklus II jumlah siswa 20 orang, 17 orang tuntas dengan kategori sangat baik untuk siswa dan guru. Dengan demikian, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa dengan model pembelajaran numbered heads together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan hasil matematika materi teorema phytagoras pada siswa SMP Negeri Tobala tahun ajaran 2018/2019.©2018 dipublikasikan oleh JSLK.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan pendekatan Problem Posing. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri Neonbat Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Peneliti menggunakan data primer dan teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu observasi dan tes. Observasi dilakukan pada setiap berlangsungnya proses pembelajaran, sedangkan tes dilakukan pada setiap akhir siklus pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 19.44%, dimana pada siklus I persentase kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa sebesar 63,89% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 83,33%. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Pendekatan Problem posing dapat Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Siswa.

This study entitled The effect of learning motivation towards Junior high school students' result of learning math. This study aims at finding out the effect of learning motivation towards students' result of learning Math and how significant/big the learning motivation affects the result of learning Math. The population in this study are the entire students of Junior High School 1 North Insana which consists of 219 students. The sample of this study are all students of grade IX of Junior High School 1 North Insana which consists of 58 students. The variables in this study are students' motivation as the unbound/free variable (X) and the result of learning as the bound variable. The technique of data collection used is test of result of learning and learning motivation questionnaire as the primary data. Simple regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis with the equation of regression as Y=39.11 + 0.51x. After testing with simple regression analysis, it is concluded that there is a strong effect between learning motivation towards the result of learning Math which is shown by the result of the counting of coeficient correlation as 0.715 seen from the interpretation table of correlation coeficient of r score/value and the result of the counting of determination coeficient as 71.5% which means the more the learning motivation the better the learning result

This research includes Classroom Action Research (CAR) with its phases: 1) Planning (Planning), 2) action (acting), 3) Observation (observasing), and 4) Reflection (reflecting) .. The data used in the study These are: data about the learning situation at the moment carried out actions that obtained by observation, and data on student learning outcomes obtained by giving the test to the students. The problem of how to approach this research concept maps in learning mathematics. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase achievement in math learning by using concept map approach. As a benefit of this research is the input material for teachers in mathematics learning activities with learning approach that is appropriate for each study topic. Analysis of the data using the formula of individual completeness and thoroughness class generates the percentage of completeness class first cycle was 68.18% and cycle II of 87.5%. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the concept map learning approaches in mathematics learning can improve student achievement. Keywords: Mathematics Learning, Approach Concept Map

The title of this study is: “The Implementation of Model Student Teams Achievement Division in Mathematics Learning”, made on the basis of the problem, that is: 1) the less of competition among students, 2) the influence of surroundings, the social media, parrents in the learning process of students, 3) less of student interest in learning math, 4) student’s behavior that always dependence by teachers and friends was very high. Students with lower achievements usually more pasive in learning process than students wich have high achievements. As a consequence, students with low achievement is often no attempt to study harder, so it can be one cause of student’s unfinish in study. Under these conditions, the problem in this research is how the students’ mathematics learning outcomes by implementing model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD)? The purpose of this research is to know the students’ mathematics learning outcomes by implementing model type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). The kind of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects were students of class X AK 2 SMK Katolik Kefamenanu with many students in class is 11. Media used in collected the data in this research are question sheet and observation sheet. This research done in two cycle using the indicator of success is 70%. The results showed that cooperatif learning model of the type Student Teams Achievement Division can improve students’ mathematics learning outcomes in the class X AK 2 SMK Katolik Kefamenanu school year 2015/2016. It is seen from the precentage of completeness class in each cycle: the first cycle is 64,70% and the second cycle is 82,35%. Therefore, the writer concluded that the implementation of cooperatif learning model of the type Student Teams Achievement Division can improve students’ mathematics learning outcomes. Decision tree method is a classification method that has been widely used for the solution of problems of classification. Decision tree classification provides a rapid and effective method. The approach has been proven decision tree method can be applied in various fields of life. Capability classification is indicated by the decision tree method is what encourages authors to use decision tree methods approach to measure the performance of civil servants. To build a decision tree induction algorithms used. In this study, the ID3 algorithm method is used to construct a decision tree. Starting with the data collecting training samples and then measuring the entropy and information gain. Information Gain value will be used as the root of a decision tree. And translates it into a decision tree classification rules.The results show that the decision tree method is used to produce classification rules into groups employee performance Good and Bad. The resulting rules are used to measure the performance of employees and classifying employees into two groups.The result to assist management in making more objective assessment process. Keywords: ID3 Algorithm, Decision Tree, Employee Performance.

ABSTRACTThe Development of department and study program can not be seperated by its internal factors which is influenced number of candidate of students it self direct or indirectly. In this case we need a method to know the condition in each internal variables that will be evaluated in the department itself.NBC method is kind of simple Bayesian Network that comes with assume statement that all features are similar one with another. Nbc shows the great work completely in accuracy and failed classification level. NBC could predict some assume for prediction needs.This research generally made to use for evaluating department and study program internarly by clasifying some variables which can influence to know about the condition of the deprtment and the study program itself. This is also one 8f best strategy to develope number of new cndidte of students and this method will shows about the study program to the new candidate of students.Key words : NBC, study program evaluating.Â

Distribusi produk sepeda motor di PT. NSS dilakukan atas permintaan konsumen dari setiap wilayah di kabupaten TTU. Distribusi dijalankan secara tidak teratur atau acak, baik dalam distribusi waktu atau kuantitas. Aktifitas kegiatan mempengaruhi distribusi total biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan perusahaan dalam pengadaan persediaan. Oleh karena itu perusahaan perlu memperhatikan aplikasi sistem distribusi kegiatan untuk mengoptimalkan distribusi jadwal pengiriman produk sepeda motor untuk menjaga waktu dan efisiensi biaya. Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) adalah metode untuk menangani pengadaan persediaan dalam jaringan distribusi multi-level. Metode DRP berhubungan dengan ukuran lot pemesanan dan jumlah persediaan pengaman. Metode DRP mengurangi total biaya persediaan dan distribusi frekuensi kegiatan dengan menentukan distribusi penjadwalan yang efektif dengan pertimbangan bahwa distribusi dilakukan sesuai ukuran lot atau kelipatannya dan jumlah stok pengaman yang diperlukan. Hasil penelitian, sistem distribusi dan penjadwalan pengiriman produk sepeda motor pada PT. NSS Cabang Kefamenanu tahun 2016 didapatkan perencanaan distribusi dengan metode DRP lebih kecil bila dibandingkan dengan metode perusahaan. Total Cost (TC) dengan metode perusahaan adalah sebesar Rp. 233.391.197,00 dan Total Cost (TC) dengan metode DRP adalah sebesar Rp. 218.460.000,00 . Sehingga terjadi penurunan sebesar 6,4%. Kata kunci: Distribusi, Distribusi Multi Level, Perencanaan Kebutuhan Distribusi Requirement Planning (DRP), Ukuran Lot, Safety Stock.
