<![CDATA[In this study, the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method was applied to evaluate the inventory of raw materials for fabric, where this method plays a role in minimizing the total cost of ordering costs and storage costs. Several objects or goods owned by the company to produce products according to what is offered to consumers can be said to be raw material inventory. Therefore, inventory plays an important role in the production flow process. In addition to production, inventory also affects the continuity of operational activities that are directly related to the availability of raw materials. The results of the research conducted by the researcher indicate that the control of raw material inventory for fabric previously applied at CV. ABC is not optimal. This can be seen from the results of the study which show that by applying the EOQ method, the Total Inventory Cost incurred is Rp. 937,078.00, which is smaller than the policy implemented by the company previously.Keywords: control, EOQ, inventory, reorder point, total inventory cost]]>
