Vaginal discharge (*fluor albus*) is a reproductive health issue frequently experienced by adolescent girls. Its occurrence can be influenced by various factors, including self-efficacy and vulvar hygiene. Objective: To determine the relationship between self-efficacy, vulvar hygiene, and the occurrence of vaginal discharge among adolescent girls at SMP Negeri 2 Teluknaga. Methods: This was a quantitative study with a descriptive-correlational design using a cross-sectional approach. The study population consisted of all female students in grades VII and VIII at SMP Negeri 2 Teluknaga. The sample comprised 181 respondents selected using stratified random sampling. Research instruments included questionnaires assessing self-efficacy, vulvar hygiene, and the occurrence of vaginal discharge. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate methods, specifically the Chi-Square test with a significance level of α = 0.05. Results: Among respondents with low self-efficacy, 55 (75.3%) experienced low-level vaginal discharge, 16 (21.9%) experienced moderate-level discharge, and 2 (2.7%) experienced high-level discharge. Among respondents with moderate self-efficacy, 23 (40.4%) experienced low-level discharge, 23 (40.4%) experienced moderate-level discharge, and 11 (19.3%) experienced high-level discharge. Furthermore, among respondents with high self-efficacy, 9 (17.6%) experienced low-level discharge, 19 (37.3%) experienced moderate-level discharge, and 23 (45.1%) experienced high-level discharge. The Pearson Chi-Square test yielded a p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05); thus, the null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) was accepted. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between self-efficacy, vulvar hygiene, and the occurrence of vaginal discharge among adolescent girls at SMP Negeri 2 Teluknaga.
