This project aims to develop digital comic-based learning resources for elementary school pupils that are aided by QR codes. The usage of textbooks with inadequate content and the narrow range of educational media served as the driving forces for the study. Research and Development (R&D) based on the ADDIE model was the approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The data were analyzed quantitatively by calculating percentage scores from expert validation, the learning observation, and the teacher and student response questionnaires, and qualitatively by describing the feedback and suggestions obtained for refining the medium. With scores of 97.5% from the media expert, 98.33% from the content expert, and 96% from the language expert, the validation results indicated that the media was rated as "highly valid." Learning observation findings of 88 (very good), instructor response rates of 96%, and student response rates of 98.4% showed how useful the medium was. As a result, the digital comic media supported by QR Code is considered valid and applicable for learning purpose.
