The use of plant-based feed additives is increasingly explored as a strategy to improve poultry production and carcass characteristics. Papaya leaf meal and turmeric contain bioactive compounds that may influence nutrient utilization and carcass traits in chickens. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of papaya leaf meal and turmeric supplementation in pelleted rations on slaughter weight, carcass percentage, non-carcass percentage, and abdominal fat percentage of KUB chickens. A completely randomized design was used with four treatments: P0 (100% basal feed), P1 (93% basal feed + 2% turmeric + 5% papaya leaf meal), P2 (86% basal feed + 4% turmeric + 10% papaya leaf meal), and P3 (79% basal feed + 6% turmeric + 15% papaya leaf meal). Each treatment had five replications with five chickens per replication, totaling 100 chickens. The results showed that treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on abdominal fat percentage, which ranged from 0.25% (P3) to 0.93% (P0). Significant effects (P<0.05) were observed for slaughter weight, carcass percentage, and non-carcass percentage. The highest slaughter weight and carcass percentage were observed in P0 (860.80 g and 60.28%), while the highest non-carcass percentage occurred in P2 (39.09%). Overall, supplementation altered carcass-related responses but did not significantly affect abdominal fat percentage.
