The Women Farmers Groups (KWT) Puspasari and Bodong Lestari in Ped Village, Nusa Penida Subdistrict, Klungkung Regency, remained actively engaged in processed food production during the COVID-19 pandemic as an effort to maintain household economic stability and group sustainability. However, despite being located in a green zone, some members had not fully implemented proper food sanitation, personal hygiene, and health protocols. This community service activity aimed to enhance the partners understanding and implementation of food sanitation practices and health protocols through socialization and education on Responsible Processed Food Production Practices (CPPOB). The approach included providing hygiene guidelines, distributing supporting equipment such as disinfectants and personal protective equipment (PPE), and educating on safe waste management. The results showed an improvement in adherence to sanitation principles and health protocols, contributing to the development of a more hygienic and safe processed food production process. This initiative proved effective in supporting food safety and strengthening public health protection during the pandemic.
