The long-term viability of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs depends not only on corporate investment but also on effective multi-stakeholder collaboration. This report examines the implementation of the Pentahelix collaboration model as a strategy for strengthening the sustainability of the Women-Headed Household Cocoa Farmers Empowerment Program (INONG BALEE), implemented by PT Pertamina Hulu Energi North Sumatra Offshore (PHE NSO) in Blang Pante Village, North Aceh Regency. The program was developed from a biodiversity conservation initiative aimed at reducing human–wildlife conflict through community-based economic empowerment. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and company documentation. The findings indicate that the Pentahelix model engages five key stakeholder groups in various stages of the program cycle, including planning, implementation, facilitation, monitoring, and evaluation. Their collaborative engagement enables the integration of resources, knowledge, and institutional capacities to support program implementation. Based on these findings, this study proposes the Pentahelix Sustainability Collaboration Model (PSCM) as a conceptual framework for strengthening the long-term viability of CSR programs through shared roles, resource integration, institutional engagement, and continuous collaboration beyond corporate intervention.
