Student learning outcomes in Economics at SMAN 1 Cisayong remain relatively low, as indicated by a lack of activeness, motivation, and interest during the learning process. This conditionrequiser the implementation of more effective instructionalstrategies. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Problem based learning (PBL) model assisted by digital media compared to conventional learning. The research employed a Quasi-Experimwntal Design with a Nonequivalent Control Group and data analysis using the t-test. The subjects consisted of two classes, namely the wexperimental class applying PBL assisted by digital media and the control class applying conventional learning. The findings revealed that teh experimental class experienced a significant improvement with an average N-Gain of 0,64, while the control class achieved an average an-again of 0,47. The t-test results indicated a significant difference between the two classes in the final measurement (posttest). Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of PBL assisted by digital media is more effective in improving student learning outcomes compared to conventional learning.
