<![CDATA[Operational efficiency is a key factor in the freight forwarding service industry, especially in ensuring the timeliness of goods delivery. This study aims to analyze the influence of Human Resources, Service Quality, and Technology Utilization on the Operational Efficiency of J&T Express Brangkal Mojokerto Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach with causal associative methods. The research population is all employees of J&T Express Brangkal Mojokerto totaling 42 people, with sampling techniques using total sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study showed that Human Resources, Service Quality, and Technology Utilization had a positive and significant effect on Operational Efficiency both partially and simultaneously. Among the three variables, Human Resources had the most dominant influence on Operational Efficiency. These findings indicate that improving competence, discipline, service quality, and optimizing the use of technology can improve the timeliness of delivery. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the development of operational management and become a practical consideration for expedition companies in improving operational efficiency.]]>
