The presence of digital technology in supporting early childhood education (PAUD) is considered increasingly important. This is in line with the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. One technology that teachers can utilize is Generative AI (GenAI), which is capable of generating text, images, audio, and learning ideas. Situational analysis at partners shows that many teachers have not yet adapted to GenAI to create innovative learning materials. Free access to GenAI technology allows teachers to save time, expand the variety of learning media, and create more engaging learning experiences. This mentoring activity aims to improve the competency of PAUD teachers through practical activities implementing AI, namely ChatGPT, Gemini, Bing Image Creator, Canva, and Narakeet. The results of the activity achieved an average increase in AI understanding (13.96%), AI utilization practices (48.18%), and understanding of AI tools (71.93%) in creating PAUD learning materials. This proves that PAUD teachers can develop creative learning media independently without relying on paid resources, while simultaneously increasing the interactivity and quality of early childhood learning experiences.
