This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and the work environment on the job performance of employees in the Sewing A Section at PT Nikomas Gemilang, Serang-Banten. A quantitative method with a survey approach was employed, involving 40 employees selected via a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the partial and simultaneous effects among the variables. The results indicate that organizational culture does not have a significant effect on job performance (t = -0.414, significance = 0.681). Conversely, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job performance (t = 5.142, significance < 0.001). Simultaneously, organizational culture and the work environment significantly influence job performance (F = 47.512, significance < 0.001). The coefficient of determination of 72.0% demonstrates that these two variables account for the variation in job performance. The work environment emerged as the most dominant factor; therefore, the company needs to continuously improve the quality of the work environment.
