This study examines the Public Relations strategy of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) in providing public information services and public visits using the Public Relations Theory of Cutlip, Center, and Broom through the stages of fact finding, planning, communication/action, and evaluation. This study employed a qualitative approach with a single case study design. Data were collected through interviews with one key informant and four supporting informants, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model and validated through source triangulation. The findings show that fact finding was conducted by identifying public needs, planning involved service preparation and coordination, communication/action was implemented through information provision, digital media, public hearings, aspiration channels, and educational visits, while evaluation was conducted through the Community Satisfaction Survey and feedback from service users. The challenges identified included limitations in human resource competencies, space and facilities, budget, security procedures, and discussion time. The Public Relations strategy of the DPR RI is implemented through an integrated process of needs identification, planning, communication, and evaluation in providing public information services, public visits, public hearings, and channels for conveying public aspirations.
