<![CDATA[This study aims to design a Tri Hita Karana (THK) implementation model for the sustainable management of Song Broek Tourist Lodge in Melinggih Village, Payangan District, Gianyar Regency, Bali. The study employed a qualitative case study approach to explore the implementation of the three THK dimensions: Parahyangan, Pawongan, and Palemahan. Data were collected through documentation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), interviews, and observation involving tourism and cultural experts, representatives of the Tri Hita Karana Foundation, THK Award assessors, ASITA representatives, and the lodge management. Data were analyzed using an interactive qualitative analysis consisting of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion verification, supported by source and method triangulation. The findings identified 14 THK implementation indicators, consisting of four Parahyangan indicators, five Pawongan indicators, and five Palemahan indicators. The study further developed operational procedures for implementing these indicators through standard operating procedures, action plans, responsibility allocation, targets, monitoring, and evaluation. The findings demonstrate that THK can be translated from a Balinese philosophical value into an operational management framework that integrates spiritual, social, cultural, and environmental dimensions. The study concludes that the proposed THK model provides an applicable framework for strengthening sustainable management of community-based tourist accommodation.]]>
