Abstract

In 2021 PDAM Bersujud Tanah Bumbu in the Batulicin BNA unit recorded a water treatment discharge of 270 L/d, while the maximum daily demand discharge is 206 L/d, meaning that there is still 54 L/d of water that should be used for the development of distribution networks, and also in that year the coverage of clean water distribution services in the Batulcin District was relatively small, namely 39%, this was because many people in the Batulicin sub-district used ground water or drilled wells. continuous use of groundwater is not recommended. Article 34 of Law No. 7 of 2004 titled "Groundwater" indicates that groundwater is one of the water resources whose availability is constrained, whose destruction has significant effects, and whose recovery is challenging. Therefore, it is essential to implement a plan for the creation of a clean water distribution system at BNA Batulicin. According to the village SDGs, planning is done over a nine-year period with an objective of 100% service coverage by 2030. The planning process is separated into two phases: 2021 to 2026 and 2026 to 2030. Population projections are used to calculate water needs using geometry and arithmetic formulas. With a population of 139,709, the findings of calculating BNA Batulicin's water demands in 2030 show that the average water requirement is 328 L/d, the peak hour requirement is 492 L/d, and the maximum daily requirement is 361 L/d. The EPANET 2.0 application is used for hydraulic simulation at the end of pipeline network planning, and the results show that it complies with the water flow technique. Specifically, the pressure parameter of 96% of nodes is worth 10–30 mka and 4% is worth 30–50 mka, while the pressure loss parameter is 40% is 0.01 m/km, 31% is worth 0.01–1 m/km, 15% is worth 1–4 m/km, and 13% is worth 4
