The rapid development of information technology has driven the growth of buying and selling transactions through digital marketplaces in Indonesia. This phenomenon raises questions regarding the compliance of online trading practices with the principles of Islamic commercial jurisprudence (fiqih muamalah). This article aims to analyze the implementation of fiqih muamalah principles in buying and selling transactions through digital marketplaces. This study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method, drawing upon the Qur'an, Hadith, and relevant fiqih muamalah literature. The findings indicate that transactions through digital marketplaces can generally fulfill the pillars and conditions of a valid contract in fiqih muamalah as long as mutual consent (antaradhin), clarity of the contract object, and freedom from riba, gharar, and maisir are maintained. The principles of khiyar (the right to choose), product information transparency, and consumer protection are essential aspects that business actors must apply within digital marketplace platforms to keep transactions in line with Islamic law.
