Abstract

This research is a normative legal study with a conceptual, historical, and legislative approach. The research findings affirm that the affirmation of the right to self-determination for Palestine has not been optimally realized, resulting in the continuation of oppression and occupation. Efforts to realize that right require coordination of diplomacy, politics, and humanitarian efforts at the international level. Support from countries like Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, and the official recognition from several European countries strengthen Palestine's position in global diplomacy and promote the two-state solution as a path towards peace and stability in the Middle East. The role of international organizations, non-governmental organizations, and the Non-Aligned Movement is crucial in raising global awareness, providing humanitarian aid, and upholding international law to ensure accountability for human rights violations. These efforts affirm that strong international cooperation, political recognition, peaceful conflict resolution, and the protection of human rights are key to realizing the right to self-determination for Palestine while also supporting world peace.
