Population administration documents serve as a cornerstone for citizens to secure legal recognition and access various constitutional and civil rights. Population administration is crucial to upholding citizens' civil rights; under Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning Population Administration, population registration is an obligation shared by both the state and the public, notably realized through possession of these documents. This Community Service (PKM) initiative aims to deepen public awareness and understanding regarding the legal importance of possessing population administration documents, while providing education and practical guidance on application procedures to dispel the perception that the process is overly difficult. Methods included interactive legal outreach on document processing procedures, civil law consultation sessions, and direct assistance (advocacy) with form completion and document verification. The results indicate a significant improvement in residents' understanding of the importance of population documents in protecting their rights. Furthermore, the initiative successfully facilitated the expedited acquisition of population documents for previously unregistered residents. The project concludes that sustained outreach and persuasive bureaucratic assistance effectively foster orderly population administration at the community level.
