Work-related fatigue is one of the occupational safety and health problems that can affect workers’ concentration, performance, and safety. This community service activity aimed to identify workers’ physical fatigue conditions and determine fatigue control efforts in the work area with the highest fatigue level. The activity was conducted at PT. X, Balikpapan, involving 18 workers from QC and Lab, Workshop, and Batching Plant areas. The activity began with hazard identification using Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC), followed by physical fatigue measurement using the Three-Dimensional Work Fatigue Inventory (3D-WFI). The results showed that the highest level of physical fatigue was found among Batching Plant workers. Based on these findings, a Fatigue Management SOP was developed covering work and rest schedules, short breaks, hydration, worker condition monitoring, fatigue handling, and recovery. The SOP is expected to increase workers’ awareness and support more structured and consistent fatigue control. Further evaluation is needed to determine the effectiveness of SOP implementation in controlling workers’ fatigue.
