<![CDATA[This study was conducted to determine how Buya Hamka interpreted the meaning of Bidadari in Tafsir Al-Azhar using Julia Kristeva's analysis. The objectives of this study are as follows: 1) How the meaning of Bidadari is expressed in Julia Kristeva's thinking in Genoteks and Fenoteks in Buya Hamka's interpretation. (2) How the meaning of Bidadari is significant and significant in Buya Hamka's interpretation. To achieve a relevant meaning of Bidadari in this study, the researcher used a qualitative approach through library research. The primary data refers to Tafsir Al-Azhar, while the secondary data consists of the scope of the interpretation and literature that is still relevant to the research theme, such as journal articles, theses, and books. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis and a thematic approach. The results of this study revealed various meanings of bidadari from both exegetes and figures. Hamka narrated the meaning of bidadari as a young and beautiful woman who came from the angelic race. Meanwhile, Ibn Abbas's interpretation described the meaning of bidadari as a well-preserved ostrich.]]>
