<![CDATA[The implementation of public services at the village level requires an administrative system capable of supporting data accuracy, service speed, and easy access to information for the public. Jati Village, Probolinggo City, still relies on manual mechanisms in managing public complaints and recording RT and RW data, resulting in suboptimal report documentation, delayed follow-up, and low data integration between work units. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Complaint Information System and RT and RW Data Collection as an effort to improve the effectiveness of village administration. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and literature studies, with informants determined using the snowball sampling technique. Data validity was maintained through source triangulation techniques. The system development applied the Waterfall method which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, coding, testing, and implementation. The results of the study indicate that the developed system is able to support structured complaint management, facilitate monitoring of report status, and improve the accuracy and integration of RT and RW data. The implementation of this system contributes to increasing the work efficiency of village officials and the quality of public services to the community.]]>
