Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises during the Covid-19 pandemic is due to the reduction of workers in several companies. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, also known as MSMEs, are groups that already have small-scale businesses. MSMEs have the potential to grow large so that they are able to absorb labor and reduce unemployment. For this reason, it is necessary to empower this business group to grow well. One of the MSME products in traditional food is Bakpia. The target for this research is Bakpia Kirana MSMEs. This study aims to answer how the process, benefits, and impact of empowering MSME Bakpia Kirana. To identify these problems, the researchers used a qualitative approach, using the method of instrumental observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is the data analysis of the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that Bakpia Kirana managers benefit from empowering MSMEs through capital, infrastructure, marketing support, non-material support, and always reminding them of the main objectives of each activity carried out, and the impact of empowerment has both positive and negative effects. The positive impacts obtained include having income, having more skills, being able to develop a business. The negative impacts include a lot of trade competition among bakpia products which is a benchmark between managers.

Abstract

Pembelajaran di dalam kelas tidak bisa dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar di sekolah. Disamping karena keterbatasan waktu dalam menerangkan materi, tingkat konsentrasi siswa yang berbeda juga mempengaruhi. Maka tidak jarang dari orang tua yang ingin anaknya berprestasi memanggil guru private ke rumah. Les private yang sudah tersebar diberbagai daerah masih menggunakan cara manual dalam proses reservasinya. Customer harus mendaftar ke kantor / menghubungi melalui telpon, kemudian masih harus menunggu untuk dicarikan guru yang sesuai. Bahkan kenyataan dilapangan masih ditemukan guru yang tidak hadir saat sesi les berjalan. Untuk mempermudah customer dalam reservasi dan membantu lembaga dalam memonitoring kinerja guru, maka dibangun sistem reservasi dan monitoring les private berbasis android. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemorgraman java dan Android Studio sebagai IDE, serta database SQL sebagai media penyimpanannya. Fungsi aplikasi ini diantaranya dapat mencari guru sesuai dengan keinginan, mengatur jadwal dan melakukan reservasi. Selain itu bagi manajemen aplikasi ini disamping sebagai pendataan murid, guru dan reservasi yang berjalan, juga dapat melihat kinerja guru dari feedback yang diberikan murid. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya aplikasi reservasi dan monitoring les private Jawara Cerdas Private berbasis Android, sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu customer dalam mereservasi guru les private serta direksi dalam mengelola lembagales private.

Abstract

A radial distribution electrical network at a certain distance will have a large voltage loss due to conductive losses, especially at the end point. The tip voltage is determined by the distance of the distribution and the amount of load. The form of configuration also affects the amount of power loss and voltage loss. So that a good configuration is needed in order to obtain good efficiency. Reconfiguration of the distribution network is used to reset the network configuration form by opening and closing switches on the distribution network. Reconfiguration is expected to reduce power losses and improve distribution system reliability. Many feeders and buses on the network if calculated manually will be difficult and require a very long time. So it is necessary to solve problems using program assistance. In this case, use Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm based on the behavior of a herd of insects, such as ants, termites, bees or birds. BPSO is a development of the PSO algorithm designed to solve the optimization problem in a discrete combination, where the particle takes the value of binary vectors with length n and speed which is defined as the probability of xn bits to reach value 1. The results show a significant reduction in losses .

Abstract

Meningkatnya permasalahan covid-19 di Indonesia berpengaruh diketahanan imun tubuh masyarakat. Pertumbuhan virus covid-19 setiap waktu penyebarannya bisa melalui sentuhan fisik dalm kondisi apapun, yang dapat menimbulkan gejala pada saat kondisi imun menurun. Diperlukan usaha preventif guna menanggulanginya dan mempertimbangkan bahwa virus ini tidak boleh dianggap sepele. Salah satu upaya pencegahan dengan mencuci tangan dengan sabun, bila tidak terdapat air dan sabun dapat menggunakan antiseptik. Antiseptik yakni bahan pembersih berbentuk sebuah cairan yang digunakan untuk membersihkan kuman dan virus ditangan tanpa memerlukan bilasan air. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memperkecil terjadinya penularan Covid-19 dengan cara menggunakan hand sanitizer bagi masyarakat terutama masyarakat Kecamatan Wonoasih. Mekanisme pembuatan handsanitizer dari penguraian mengenai virus covid 19 dan tahapan untuk memutus penularan covid 19 serta implementasi pengerjaan larutan hand sanitizer. Luaran dari aktivitas yaitu Mahasiswa peserta KKN UPM TEMATIK 2021 memperoleh pelajaran dan pemahaman terhadap informasi data terbaru tentang khasiat tanaman daun sirih dan lidah buaya untuk bahan anti mikroorganisme misalnya bakteri dan virus. Bukan hanya itu, mahasiswa KKN UPM TEMATIK 2021 dapat melakukan sendiri di rumah dalam proses pembuatan hand sanitizer.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan serta pesatnya teknologi memberikan banyak manfaat bagi manusia dalam menjalankan aktifitasnya. Pemanfaatan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi tersebut di berbagai bidang termasuk di bidang pertanian. Pengembangan potensi pertanian suatu daerah dapat dioptimalkan melalui perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi itu sendiri. Salah satunya dengan pengenalan pola citra digital. Pengenalan pola bertujuan menentukan kelompok atau kategori pola berdasarkan ciri-ciri yang dimiliki oleh pola tersebut. Dengan kata lain, pengenalan pola membedakan suatu objek dengan objek lain. Dengan menggunakan metode ektraksi ciri Principal Component Analysis dan metode klasifikasi Extreme Learning Machine penulis melakukan penelitian untuk membedakan tanaman padi dan tanaman gulma. Implementasi PCA dan ELM mampu membedakan tanaman gulma dengan padi (Oryza sativa L) dalam hal ini gulma yang digunakan adalah jawan (Echinochloa cruss-galli) dan kremah (Alternanthera sessilis). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan 8 kali running dengan merubah jumlah hidden neuron diperoleh nilai akurasi paling tinggi sebesar 91,67 % dengan menggunakan 10, 15, 30, 35, 40 hidden neuron, sedangkan untuk nilai akurasi paling rendah sebesar 58% dengan jumlah hidden neuron 5. Waktu yang dibutuhkan ELM untuk melakukan pelatihan dan pengujian sangat singkat 0.374 detik dan 0.500 detik pengukuran dilakukan dimulai dari running program sampai proses running program selesai.

Abstract

Kegiatan mencuci piring merupakan hal umum yang rutin dilakukan di dunia. Pada penelitian sebelumnya hanya membersihkan piring dari 1 sisi depan saja dan tidak menggunakan spos atau sikat untuk menggosok noda yang menempel pada piring, sehingga perlu membersihkan piring dari sisi depan dan belakang. Setelah pencucian piring dilakukan, piring yang basah tidak bisa langsung digunakan, tetapi harus dikeringkan terlebih dahulu, sehingga bisa langsung dipergunakan kembali. Oleh karena itu, ditambahkan heater sebagai pengering piring. Metode ini dikontrol oleh Miktrokontroller Arduino Mega 2560, karena pada mikrokontroler ini dapat bekerja pada kecepatan tinggi sehingga piring dapat langsung dipergunakan kembali pada rumah makan. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan secara observasi yang dilakukan pada beberapa percobaan pencucian piring yang digosok dari 2 sisi dan proses pengeringan piring yang menggunakan heater serta thermostat sebagai pembatas suhu. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu pada saat pencucian piring, penggosok bisa membersihkan piring, namun masih terdapat noda berupa sedikit sisa lemak dan sedikit bau amis. Hasil pada proses pengeringan piring, panas yang disebarkan oleh heater dan kipas menjadi lebih merata dengan suhu rata-rata 55°C.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to solve the problem of using gadgets in children by utilizing life skill-oriented interactive multimedia. The method used in this service is partner socialization, self-learning, mentoring, coaching, and act and do. The results of the service are at the socialization stage to teachers, students and parents of students. The partner self-learning stage is given learning videos about children, children's games, and the positive and negative impacts of gadgets, this is an incubation period. The partner mentoring stage follows mentoring material, namely life skills material, digital technology material, child development material. The coaching stage changes the mindset by integrating life skills material into classroom learning. The act and doing stage utilizes effective, interesting and in accordance with novelty methods, namely life skill-oriented interactive multimedia technology and a respectful gesture detection tool. The conclusion of this service is that partners can make positive use of gadgets by using lifeskill-oriented interactive multimedia and respectful gesture detection devices.

Abstract

The community service program implemented in Probolinggo Regency aims to enhance the capacity of cooperatives and MSMEs through the development of a cooperative information system and digital marketing training. The program involved two participant groups: 20 board members and staff of KPRI Waluyo Jati in the information system workshop, and 15 MSME practitioners in the digital marketing training. Post-activity evaluations indicate a significant increase in knowledge among the cooperative group, particularly in understanding basic information system concepts (62.5% slightly increased; 37.5% significantly increased), benefits of information system implementation (50% significantly increased), types of cooperative software (62.5% slightly increased; 37.5% significantly increased), and data security (62.5% significantly increased). All respondents (100%) also reported improved understanding of data analytics, while 56.3% experienced increased knowledge related to information system integration with external stakeholders. Among MSME participants, 80% reported improved digital marketing knowledge, 73.3% felt more prepared to market their products online, and 66.7% experienced an increase in monthly sales turnover. Overall, the program proved effective in strengthening cooperative management capacity and enhancing the digital marketing skills of MSME practitioners, thereby contributing to local economic empowerment.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious health issue in Indonesia, with a national prevalence of 21.6 percent. Probolinggo Regency in East Java also records a high prevalence rate, reaching 17.3 percent. The main factors contributing to stunting are limited access to health services and nutrition. The Posyandu (Integrated Health Post) plays a crucial role in prevention efforts but faces challenges in management and cadre skills, particularly in data recording and nutritional status measurement. Jabung Sisir Village in Probolinggo Regency was selected as the community partner for empowerment through a program of Posyandu digitalization and cadre capacity building. The aim of this activity is to improve cadre literacy on stunting and to provide an effective digital reporting system to support prevention and control efforts. The implementation method consisted of cadre training on stunting literacy, anthropometric techniques, effective communication, and the use of a web- and Android-based Posyandu Information System. The program was followed by cadre mentoring as well as evaluation through pre-tests, post-tests, and periodic monitoring. The results showed an increase in cadre knowledge, anthropometric measurement skills, and the ability to use digital systems for data recording and reporting. These findings highlight that Posyandu digitalization can strengthen cadre capacity in stunting prevention while serving as an innovative model for enhancing community-based health services.

Abstract

Weed infestation reduces crop yield and quality, while inappropriate herbicide selection often limits effective control. This paper presents the design and implementation of an Android-based decision-support application for weed identification and herbicide recommendation using a smartphone camera. Weed images are classified using a lightweight Convolutional Neural Network with a MobileNetV2 architecture optimized for mobile deployment. Herbicide recommendations are generated using the Cosine Similarity method to associate identified weed characteristics with suitable control agents. The system is modeled using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to ensure modularity and scalability. Experimental results show that the proposed CNN model achieves a classification accuracy of 96%. The integrated on-device image acquisition and intelligent recommendation enable practical field deployment, providing an efficient tool to support weed management decisions.
