This qualitative study at SD Muhammadiyah Blitar examines the implementation of educational marketing management aimed at boosting prospective student interest amidst fierce inter-institutional competition, while also identifying the factors influencing this process. Through observation, interviews, and document analysis validated via source triangulation and analyzed interactively (encompassing data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing) the study reveals that promotional strategies are executed both directly (via social media, banners, brochures, outreach to parents, and participation in competitions) and indirectly (through social initiatives such as Kartini Day charity drives and community service). The success of these efforts is underpinned by professional teacher qualifications, excellent service, affordable fees, and a distinctive religious program featuring the memorization of Juz 30 of the Quran. However, implementation remains hindered by limitations such as a lack of projectors in classrooms, a less-than-strategic school location, intense competition, and the absence of a dedicated team focused on marketing management.
