<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the efforts of teachers in forming environmentally conscious characters in children at Berkah Mayang Mangurai Kindergarten, Jambi City. With the main problem How are the efforts of teachers in forming environmentally conscious characters in children at Berkah Mayang Mangurai Kindergarten, Jambi City and What are the obstacles for teachers in forming environmentally conscious characters in children at Berkah Mayang Mangurai Kindergarten, Jambi City. The research method used is qualitative, namely a research approach that aims to understand and describe social phenomena or human behavior in a natural context using observation and interview techniques. The results of the study show that teachers use several methods, namely exemplary methods, role models, reinforcement, and habituation to form environmentally conscious characters in children. However, there are several obstacles faced, namely internal (from the student side), external (from the environment and parents), and operational (facilities and media). This research is expected to contribute to teachers and schools in increasing children's environmental awareness from an early age.]]>
