Background: Vertigo is a vestibular disorder that can affect adolescents and interfere with learning activities and daily functioning. Limited knowledge regarding vertigo highlights the need for health education and early screening in the school setting. Objective: This community service program aimed to improve adolescents' knowledge of vertigo through health education, vestibular screening, and Brandt-Daroff exercise training. Methods: The activity was conducted on January 30, 2024, at SMK Farmasi Cut Meutia Banda Aceh involving 96 grade XI students. The program included health education, blood pressure measurement, vestibular screening using the Fukuda Stepping Test, and demonstration of Brandt-Daroff exercises. Participants' knowledge was assessed using pre-test and post-test questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired t-test. Results: The mean pre-test score was 49.79 ± 10.46, while the mean post-test score increased to 81.56 ± 8.62. The paired t-test showed a significant increase in knowledge after the intervention (mean difference = 31.77; t = 37.35; p < 0.001). Participants were also able to perform the Brandt-Daroff exercise correctly after the demonstration. Conclusion: Health education combined with vestibular screening and Brandt-Daroff exercise training effectively improved adolescents' knowledge of vertigo and can serve as a preventive health promotion strategy in schools.
