This study was motivated by the importance of developing fine motor skills in early childhood through learning activities that also internalize the Islamic values of patience and accuracy. Ecoprint was selected as a creative learning medium because it provides direct experience while training hand-eye coordination, patience, and carefulness. This study aimed to describe the process of internalizing the Islamic values of patience and accuracy through ecoprint activities and to examine the improvement of fine motor skills among children aged 4–5 years at RA Miftahul Jannah. This study employed a classroom action research design involving teachers and 12 children aged 4–5 years. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings showed that ecoprint activities improved children’s fine motor skills, particularly in arranging patterns, pressing, or pounding leaves, and producing clearer prints. In the initial condition, 4 of 12 children (33%) were in the Beginning to Develop category. In Cycle I, most children still required intensive guidance. After improvements were made in Cycle II, 9 of 12 children (75%) reached the Developing as Expected category. These findings indicate that ecoprint is effective in improving fine motor skills while simultaneously internalizing the Islamic values of patience and accuracy in early childhood.
