This study analyses the da'wah management model at the Muhammadiyah Preacher Corps (KMM) Gunungkidul using the POAC framework (Planning, Organising, Actuating, Controlling). Employing a qualitative approach, data were gathered from seminar recordings involving KMM administrators, Lazismu officers, and regional leadership of Muhammadiyah Gunungkidul, also supplemented by document analysis and stakeholder interviews. This research offers novel insights into professionalised da'wah governance. Applying Robert K. Yin's analysis, the findings reveal that planning is strategic with a standardised curriculum; organising relies on functional structures and strategic partnerships; actuating is implemented intensively; and controlling is executed through monthly evaluations, corrective discipline, and centralised financial accountability. Overall, POAC integration successfully transforms KMM into a modern and accountable institution.
