Abstract

This study examines the effects of the digital work environment, work culture, and work resilience on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, at Bank Syariah Indonesia, Langsa Branch Office. A quantitative approach was employed using a census of all 46 employees. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed through multiple linear regression and path analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics. The analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, coefficients of determination, and Sobel tests. The results reported in the thesis indicate that the digital work environment, work culture, and work resilience have positive and significant effects on job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and partially mediates all three relationships. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating digital support, a constructive work culture, and employees’ adaptive capacity with efforts to improve job satisfaction. The study recommends maintaining accessible and secure digital systems, strengthening cooperation, developing resilience, and providing opportunities for employee development. Differences between numerical results reported in separate thesis sections are disclosed in the article without recalculation.
