Abstract

The research have been done in district of Blong Mangat town of Lhokseumawe as a mean to knows is education, training, motivation, job experiences, loyal, and job culture factors can influences chief of village performance. Based on result of statistical analysis proves that the level of education (x1), training (x2), Motivation (x3), job experience (x4), loyal (x5) and job culture (x6) together has significant influences to chief of village performance in district of Blong Mangat. Tightly relation between variable (x1, x2, x3, x4, x5, x6) with independent variable (Y) proved by level of correlation coefficient value that is 0,924 or 92, 4. Giving of Motivation to subordinate especially chief of village by area leader is not always in physical or just material motivation, but have boosting ambition how to have good behavior good work, and gives high confidence to ability in finalizes duties all daily in instituting government of village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Smart Campus Online Lecture Model on Education Equity in the Super Smart Society 5.0 Era in Aceh Province. The sample in the study was 150 (one hundred and fifty) students and lecturers as respondents. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling technique. The data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents were processed by the SPSS program. Methods of data analysis using quantitative analysis methods. The results of the study partially show that the online lecture model has a significant effect on Education Equity with a significant value = 0.005, the Smart Campus variable has a significant effect on Education Equity with a significant value = 0.003. And the results of this study indicate that the smart campus online lecture model has an effect on educational equity by 72.9 percent. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the online lecture variable has a very good role for equal distribution of education because it can reach various areas that have not been served or have not had the opportunity to be able to experience higher quality education in 3 T areas and the smart campus model variable is appropriate. many campuses must apply it more optimally in implementing the smart campus model so that later it can provide maximum service to all users of educational services.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of work conflict, communication and job stress on job satisfaction. (2) knowing work conflict, communication, job stress and job satisfaction on employee performance (3) knowing job satisfaction mediating the relationship between work conflict, communication and job stress on employee performance. The data used in this study is primary data as many as 139 respondents at the North District Education and Culture Office. The data analysis method in this study uses a structural equation model with the help of an analysis of moment structure. The results of the study found that work conflict and communication had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while job stress had no effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, communication and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, but work conflict has no effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between work conflict and job satisfaction partially mediation, while job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between communication and job satisfaction in full mediation and job satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThe research conducted to examine the influence of leadership style and organizational commitment and organizational culture on the employee performance and to examine the moderation effect of organizational culture. The sample of this research was 120 permanent employees at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Branch of Bener Meriah and Branch of Takengon. The tool of analysis was Path analysis with SEM (stuctural equation modeling) method by using Amos. The research result partially indicated that leadership style and organizational commitment influenced positively and significantly on organizational culture, performance and organizational culture appearancely mediated leadership style with performance and organizational culture appearancely mediated organizational commitment with performance.             Keyword:        Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja personil Polri di Polres Lhokseumawe. Banyaknya responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 176 personil Polri yang bertugas di Polres Lhokseumawe. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan softwere AMOS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara langsung, kepemimpinan transformasional dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja personil, tetapi kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja personil. Hasil pengujian efek mediasi menemukan bahwa komitmen organisasi memediasi secara parsial pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja personil, tetapi tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja personil Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kinerja Personil

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims the influence of Individual Characteristc and transformational leadership on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as intervening variable to the Lhokseumawe police station. For the dependent variable of this study is individual characteristic and transformational leadership, the independent variable is the organizatioan commitment of the police station, Intervening variables are job satisfaction. The population in this study was the Police Personal of the Lhokseumawe District Police which numbered 575, the sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling and obtained a sample of 170 respondents who were police officers of the Lhokseumawe police station, the research method used is a quantitative method for data analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that, individual characteristic has a significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership has not a effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership  has a significant effect on organization commitment, job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational commitment, individual characteristic has not effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, transformational leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Keywords:     Individual Characteristic, Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction And Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and leadership style on teacher performance with work environment and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 140 respondents, namely teachers who teach at Senior High Schools in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. The method used to analyze the data is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study found that the organizational culture and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work environment and job satisfaction of senior high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, found organizational culture, leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, it was found that work environment variables and job satisfaction mediate fully the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on the performance of high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Based on the results of these studies it is expected that the leaders or principals in Dewantara Subdistrict, North Aceh Regency be able to give attention and priority in institutionalizing organizational culture and creating a conducive work environment to improve job satisfaction and teacher performance. Keywords: organizational culture, leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and teacher performance

Abstract

ABSTRAKThe teacher is one of the most important components in improving the intelligence of the nation's children. Teacher performance is an important factor in realizing these goals. Efforts to improve teacher performance are one of the priorities of the country. This study aims to determine the effect of transactional and transformational leadership styles on teacher performance through job satisfaction. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 144 teachers at the State Vocational High School (SMK) in North Aceh Regency. The method used to analyze data is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Method with the Amos device. The results found that transactional leadership and transformational leadership have a significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance and job satisfaction has a direct effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, it was found that job satisfaction mediated the effect of transactional leadership and transformational leadership on the performance of North Aceh District Vocational School teachers. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that school leaders or principals, to improve teacher performance, need to maintain the application of transactional and transformational leadership styles and give priority to increasing job satisfaction.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important issue that is often discussed in various scientific literatures, but many organizational leaders do not know clearly about the benefits of performance and the factors that influence it. This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement, organizational commitment and perceived organization support on employee performance through mediation and moderation effects. The data used are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 120 employees who work at the Regional Secretariat of Bireuen Regency. This study uses the Structural Equation Model-Partial Last Square (SEM-PLS) model by using the Smart-PLS device. The results of the study found that direct employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, direct employee engagement and organizational commitment were found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Indirectly found that organizational commitment mediates the effect of employee engagement on employee performance. The results of this study also found that perceived organization support moderated negatively (weakened) the effect of employee engagement on employee performance. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested to the leadership of the Regional Secretariat of Bireuen Regency to be able to provide full support to employees in carrying out employee work, especially in order to increase employee engagement and organizational commitment and perceptions of employee support for their organization.

Abstract

The objectives of this research is to explain pattern of behavior of trading volume intraday investor inform and investor uninformed, and analysis contribution of the both investors in explaining pattern behavior of investors trading volume in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Regression analysis result indicates that investor or trader informed is more contributionly in explaining trading volume pattern in all time intervals, but not all investors or traders uninformed contributions in all time intervals. Only order informed is more can explain trading volume pattern compared with order uninformed. Regression result finds that order status match have to share is determine trading volume pattern intraday. The role of more determined by INFBM and INFSM compared with UNFBM and UNFSM. While order status amend, open and withdraw is less have casting for determining trading volume pattern intraday. Some possibility of this development of researchs in the future, between the are test the relation of behavior of investors at trading volumes by dividing investor inform with block tradings. This division anticipated to give different response at trading volume pattern. usage of stock transaction data intraday before applying ofpre-opening in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: trading volume, investor behavior,
